Starting a regular, consistent practice can be an enriching and rewarding experience. Many newcomers to meditation frequently wonder if they’re doing it right, and although there are many wonderful books and videos online, in-person training can really be beneficial to meditators at any level.
Zen techniques introduced me to the power of meditation over 16 years ago, and now I train clients in a variety of meditation approaches, including samatha, vipassana, the four immeasurables, and several others.
